The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Massage ™ are centered around the ancient Mayan techniques, which reposition organs that have dropped and restricted the flow of blood, lymph, nerve & chi energy.
Clinical Massage:
Clinical Massage Therapy (CMT) incorporates Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Acupressure, and other advanced massage techniques to relieve pain and increase range of motion. CMT helps to resolve problems related to pain conditions, chronic postural dysfunction, decreased range of motion, repetitive use injuries, and other specific muscular pathologies. Your massage will be focused on the areas causing the discomfort.
Reiki and Spiritual Healing:
I am a Reiki Master/Teacher and have also been trained in Maya Spiritual Healing in Belize. I often combine these two modalities and will incorporate them into a regular massage session as needed.

-Presence of any infection, or cancer in the abdomen.
-recent abdominal surgery (can be performed after the surgery site has healed)
-5 days prior to and during your menstrual bleeding
