About Me

I have maintained a lifelong passion for health, wellness, fitness and exercise. My "fitness roots" began as a runner in 1993 with expansion into weight training in 1994. I have been an AFAA certified personal trainer since 1999 and in 2008 received certification as a NESTA GEI (group exercise instructor) and in 2009 as an official Zumba Instructor.
