About Me

Hello, my name Bob Logan, fly fishing and teaching are the two things that I am most passionate about! Combining these pursuits have enabled me to introduce the wonderful world of fly-fishing to literally hundreds of first time fly-casters.

I was in Houston for a conference and decided to see if i could squeeze in a fly fishing lessons while in town (i'm a total beginner - never even held a fly rod in my hands). surprisingly, i found that Bob was not only offering incredibly affordable lessons, but that the pond he was teaching at was only a few blocks from the Westin Galleria where i was staying. had a great time, learned an incredible amount thanks for his patience and skill as an instructor and felt confident about my ability to continue in the sport - all this in 1.5 hours! in my book, it's always the little things that count, and the experience i had with Bob - from picking me up and dropping me off at my hotel, to a detailed email the following day providing me with more tips and great constructive critique of what i need to work on, I can't imagine a better introduction to the fly fishing.
