Beginning with breathing exercises, followed by a beautiful sequence of triangle and warrior poses, balancing exercises, forward and back-bending postures, inversions and twisting, all ending in a restorative shavasana, you will learn to transform yourself. With patience and practice you will feel lighter, healthier, stronger, and more flexible in your body and in your mind. Learn to manage the stress in your life, and improve your overall health. All levels welcome.
